The award-winning Fork and Dagger Grill is Palmerston’s most exclusive restaurant, located right in the heart of the action at Rydges Hotel in Palmerston’s CBD. Guests can dine indoors in air-conditioned comfort, or enjoy scenic sunset views and gentle breezes, sitting poolside on the hotel’s rooftop.
Fork and Dagger offers a classic grill style menu, with some of the Top End’s freshest steaks and seafood served daily for lunch and dinner. Along with succulent beef, chicken, lamb and pork dishes, the menu also includes fresh oysters, local Humpty Doo barramundi and a range of salads and sides, as well as a few delicious vegetarian options too.
For that special occasion, why not get a group of friends together and enjoy the Fork and Dagger’s Medieval Feast? At just $75 per person, the feast includes large shareable portions of tomahawk steak and rack of lamb, a plate-sized catch of the day and 12 pieces of calamari. These main dishes are served with portions of truffle mash potato, steamed seasonal vegetables, steak fries chips and garden salad, also to share. The medieval feast is available to groups of four people or more and includes a selection of either shiraz cabernet, or semillon sauvignon blanc Angove Family wine.
Fork and Dagger has a range of drinks and dining options for every occasion. Breakfast is available daily from 7am to 10am and the kitchen reopens for lunch at 11am, serving meals right through until dinner and beyond. Along with its Sunday Brunch Buffet and decadent High Tea packages, Fork and Dagger also has a daily happy hour inside from 3pm to 5pm, or why not head to the rooftop on the weekend for poolside cocktails?
